Shipping & Delivery
We ship all our products via UPS to addresses within the Unites States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.  All orders placed before 3:00pm EST Monday through Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm or on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Free shipping does not apply to orders outside the continental United States. For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii please call first for an estimate of your shipping costs. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless priority shipping is selected.  Free standard shipping is applied to all orders of $60 or more.  A flat rate of $7.95 applies to all standard orders of less than $60. Estimated costs for all shipping methods is available in your cart before initiating checkout. Pickup at our Weymouth offices is available free of charge. See Orders section below for further details on picking up orders.

CoffeeKing takes your privacy seriously! CoffeeKing does not rent, sell, or share your personal information. We limit access to personal information about you to our employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.
Returns & Replacements
CoffeeKing.com will gladly take back unwanted product for credit if the following conditions are met:
Product is returned within 30 days from the date of the purchase.
Product must be returned in it’s original and unopened packaging and must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
Product must not have been tampered with, tested or altered in any way.

Please include a short reason for the return so that we may improve our customer service and learn more about the top quality products that we represent. Upon receipt of the returned product CoffeeKing.com will issue an immediate credit to the credit card used to make the purchase. Shipping costs can not be credited. If a product has been delivered incorrectly or has been damaged in shipment please notify our customer service department immediately. We will gladly arrange for an immediate replacement of the incorrect or damaged product at no cost to you. 
Ordering
Orders received by 3pm Eastern Time on weekdays will ship out the same day. Orders received after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday. In-store pickup of orders is available between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. Orders received for in-store pickup before 4pm weekdays will be available for pick-up the same day. Please leave as much time as possible between placing the order and picking it up, thank you.
